2 cups refined oil for frying all the vegetables.

Method

First of all, dust all the vegetables well, and keep them on a clean cloth so that all their water dries up. Now cut them.

Put all the chopped vegetables on a plate. Now heat oil in a pan, add potatoes and deep fry them till the smoke rises, till they turn golden brown, deep fry all the vegetables in the same way.

Now take out these vegetables on butter paper or any paper so that the extra oil comes out, now mix salt, red chili, and chaat masala in a bowl, add grated ginger to it.

Put all the mixed spices on the vegetables and mix them well, now put them well in the serving bowl or tray as you like, and also put chili flakes, oregano on it, cut the lemon in the design. Put it on the side where you like it.

Now keep tomato sauce chili sauce and mayonnaise deep along with them, take your veg platter is ready.
