Corn Flour - 3-4 tbsp

Tomato Sauce - 1/4 cup

Olive oil - 1/4 cup

Vinegar - 1 -2 tsp

Soya Sauce - 1-2 tsp

Chilli Saas - 1-2 tsp

Green chili - 2-3 (cut into small pieces)

Ginger - 1 inch piece (grated)

Salt - 1/2 tsp (according to taste)

Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

Chilli Flakes - 1/4 tsp

Ajino Moto - 1- 2 Pinch

Mint leaves - 10 -12

Method

Cut the paneer into square pieces, take half a cornflour in a plate and wrap the pieces of paneer in the cornflour. Put 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan and spread it all around, when the oil is hot, put the pieces of paneer in the pan for frying and take it out from both the sides by turning them until they turn light brown.

Now put the remaining oil in the pan, when hot, add ginger and green chilies and fry, add green capsicum, fry for 1 minute. Add red capsicum and fry for 1 more minute, and now add roasted paneer pieces, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes, black pepper, ajinomoto and salt and mix everything on low flame till it mixes well. Mix.

Dissolve the remaining cornflour in 1/4 cup of water till the lumps are gone and mix it in Chilli Paneer, cook Chilli Paneer by stirring it for 1 minute, break the mint leaves coarsely and mix.

Very tasty Chilli Paneer is ready, make noodles with Chilli Paneer, serve and eat.

If you want to make Chilli Paneer with Onion Lahsan, then cut one onion thinly, cut 4 cloves of garlic into small pieces, after the oil is hot, before adding ginger and green chili, add the garlic and fry it lightly, add onion and light pink Fry till done, now add ginger, green chili and all the spices in the same order, make chilly paneer, serve and eat.

Therefore, use only fresh paneer, made at home or purchased from a store. If you want, you can enhance the taste of chili sauce by adding green chilies to it. So use green chilies according to your taste.
