  • 500 grams boneless chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 egg
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • 1/4 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/3 tsp ginger paste
  • according to oil for deep frying
  • 3 cups onion, chopped
  • 3 tsp green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Green chili for garnishing
  • salt to taste

How to make Boneless Chili Chicken

Add egg, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, 2 tsp salt to the chicken pieces and mix it well in the batter and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces, first keep the oil on the flame then slow it down. Fry the chicken until it is completely fried. After that take it out on paper.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add onion, and fry it.

Add green chilies to it and fry for a minute.

Add salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and deep fry chicken, and toss and mix well.

Serve garnished with green chilies.

  • Chopped green chili
  • salt as per taste

How to make Soya Chilli recipe

Soak soybean nuggets in water for half an hour and squeeze out the water.

In a bowl add soya nuggets, one teaspoon salt, and garlic paste and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan and add green onions and fry for a while.

Add green chilies and cook for few seconds.

Now add the remaining salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and soybeans to the pan, mix well.

Cook for two to four minutes on high flame
